Trainer:
JIMMY CHEW has been a training consultant and change facilitator for more than 15 years, working with clients in healthcare, telecommunication, manufacturing and aerospace across the region. In his last corporate position, he was the Director of Human Resource Development for SingTel, responsible for the operations of the Singapore Telecommunications Academy which provided training and development for 9,000 employees. He has extensive experience in change implementation, organization transition strategy, leadership development, core value deployment, performance management, culture change and group facilitation.

Trainer :
LIM PENG SOON, Dr, brings 27 years of experience in team development, leadership development and change management. He holds a doctorate in education and human development, specializing in organizational change, from The George Washington University in the US. As the President of Learning & Performance Systems, he consults with both private and public sector organizations and is an adjunct faculty in some of these organization’s leadership development programs. He held several senior appointments in human resource development in the banking, manufacturing and services sectors during his corporate career.

Trainer:
ADRIAN TEO has gained valuable cross-cultural experience in international human resource development work when he worked in the US, travelling to 57 countries worldwide. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in the public sector at the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Management Services Department of the Ministry of Finance. Subsequently, he spent 25 years with his own training consultancy, involving himself in the experiential learning methodology which was later extended to leadership development through mountain trekking and enhanced with 360° feedback and coaching by group-assigned mentors.

Trainer:
YEO CHET TERN has worked at the Singapore Ministry of Education as an educator; at National Semiconductor as a training manager in the production training department covering South East Asian plants, and at Canon Singapore holding senior management positions in human resources management and office administration for about 30 years. Through his efforts in implementing company-wide quality and environmental systems, work improvement consciousness and a customer-delight culture, Canon Singapore was able to clinch the Singapore Quality Class Award, the precursor of the Malcom Baldrige Quality Award. He is currently a management consultant for companies in various industries.
